cadabra software package provides field-theory motivated computer algebra system, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cadabra
cadabra is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cadabra package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cadabra *
You will get with cadabra package name, version, architecture and description in a table
